Returns

We want you to enjoy your products as soon as they arrive and If your product shows up damaged, faulty, or not what you have ordered please email giardinodiluce3@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving it.

In the email please add in below 

• order number in the subject line
• photos of the product
• any information in regards to the order

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for either a store credit or exchange for a different product.

All returns need to be UNUSED and UNOPENED and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. We do not offer refunds for used products.

Should your refund request be approved the return shipping is covered by you, and original shipping fees will not be refunded. 

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind
• Sale Items or Gift Cards
